To participate at the Rouge River Jamboree, all participants must register. The following packages are available:

Forfaits avec repas

(Available only with pre-registration before June 29 2013)

Packages with meals include the following:

• Access to the site
• Saturday night camping
• Shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday
• Clinics given by qualified instructors
• Saturday night entertainement
• Door prizes
• Saturday night meal*

* For a green Jamboree, we ask that participants bring their dishes and utensils. No disposable tableware will be available.

Packages without meals

Packages without meals include the following:

• Access to the site
• Saturday night camping
• Shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday
• Clinics given by qualified instructors
• Saturday night entertainement
• Door prizes

Note: The accompanist packages are meant for participants who do not participate in whitewater activities.

Participation terms and conditions:

Before registering kindly read the following terms and conditions.

The organizers of the Jamboree are not responsible for the conduct of participants on the river.  It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills required to participate in this activity, since no guides are provided on the river. It is also the responsibility of participants to ensure they have the proper equipment to run the river.

Pets are not allowed on the site, at any time. Participants with pets will be asked to leave, without compensation.

Swimming on the site is prohibited. Violators will be evicted without compensation.

Participants recognize and accept the risks and dangers associated with whitewater sports.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of the Jamboree, all registered participants will receive a full refund. In the event of a cancellation by a participant, the following policy is in effect:

If the request for cancellation is received before June 29, 2013, 50% of the fee will be reimbursed.

If the request for cancellation is received after June 29, 2013, there will be no refund.
